I had experienced lower back pain with varying degrees of severity for almost 20 years. The pain was only occasionally debilitating, but regular soreness and stiffness made daily activities uncomfortable. And I'd compensate for the pain by moving my body in unnatural ways, causing even more problems. Although visits to conventional chiropractors and physical therapists provided temporary relief, I never found a practitioner with whom I enjoyed consistent, sustained positive results. Until Now.
